No, it is about the trillions of dollars, carbon taxes. The payment system ( per UN) is set up where carbon producers like the US, China, etc..pay taxes and the non industrial countries get the tax money...redistribution of wealth....and by the way , Biden’s pick , Yellen , stated she supports the global carbon tax scheme...
I often, when appropriate, remind people that New York and Chicago were buried under ice, and will be buried again. Nothing, and no one can stop the Greg Cold. With enough repetition, SOME skulls full of mush can be influenced with the truth.

I love your humor. I flew over it a few years ago and it is all there with miles of ice.
I have hypothesis that heat is diverted from the Antarctic to the Arctic via charged particles in earth’s magnetic field on time scales as short as a day to years and decades, observed as mirror deviations from average in the daily ice extents. I’ve talked to them about this. They haven’t taken it seriously. But I plan to do some statistical analysis to see if it confirms what I’ve noticed by eye. The fact is obvious on an annual basis but the cause is open to speculation until you see the heat being transferred daily, as I think I do.

Grew up since the 4th grade grade with “OMG, the ice age is coming!!
They took a break for acid rain hoax and then V.P. Bore took us in to global warming.

If you want to learn about temp change, read Geology. Our temp has been everywhere even without man.
Rocks from the North Pole at the equator, ( total ice age pushed them there.) Why did we get so cold? No people?
Proof of land bridges to the U.K. to Europe and connecting Asia to America. Mediterranean Sea dried several times. Why did we get this warm?
