"Trump had previously argued against the bill because it would rename military bases named after Confederate officers and make it harder for a president to bring troops home."

We must remember where these traitors got their marching orders.

“Going to be lots of them primaried in their next election cycle.”

By who? They bought their votes just now. Ballot box stuffing happens in the GOP too. Hell, Colorado’s GOP refused to seat electors for Trump.

Young folks need to step to the plate and start running for office. And I mean yesterday. We can’t afford to boycott voting because that gives the Dems exactly what they want - unlimited power. Congressional critters will do what they want to do if there is noone to primary them in the wings.

Also, there is no recall mechanism in states to recall their critters. That needs to be fixed at the state legislative level. Get it done.

Google anyone of their names and you’ll get their offices in DC. I’ve done with it a few of them. You’ll get a phone number of their office and a recorded message of how wonderful they are and how happy they are that you’ve called their wonderful selves and please leave your message after the beep.

I’ve called a few of them. Left my name and phone number and messages that would make the US Marine Corps blush.

I’ve never threatened. Don’t do that unless you want the FBI or the Secret Service to pay you a call but by all means means never be afraid to let them know how truly worthless their wonderful selves are.

As there was no actual Congressional declaration of war in any of these countries in dispute, this action by Congress then debateably begins crossing the “speration of powers” line.

A week ago, another attempt was revealed within the 5,800 page bill, which would have unconstitutionally relinquished CIC/Presidential authority of the DOD.

This appears like another related unconstitutional attempt to strip Trump (Executive Branch) of its CIC delegated authority.

I could be wrong, but as there was no “official” declaration of war, the CIC is not in violation of any “law” in pulling our troops back.

The inverse is also true.

If Congress succeeds here, Congress is literally forcing the troops to be in a combat war theater against their Commander In Chief !

It is an order NOT to follow their CIC.

And the CIC is not ordering US forces to violate any moral code, or law either.

This is absurd.

What planet am I on...!

Furthermore, even with our troops pulled out of other zones, Trump has a history of really messing up our enemies, by various means.

By intentionally creating a CIC fractured command structure, the opposite of unified command, Congress is actually creating a much more dangerous “look” for American Personnel around the world, and increasing the motivation of foreign dictatorships and generals to make much more decisive military action against the US, and our allies.

The RNC appears to be full retard and foolishly lawless, and probably soon deadly.

Just the mention of Phil Crane brings tears to my eyes. What a fabulous American he was. Our Alabama congressmen do not have near the conservative principles that Crane had.

It's no surprise to see Brian Fitzpatrick (RINO-PA), the darling of unions and gun grabber groups on the list.

He was primaried in the last "election", and the challenger lost badly after being shafted by the county GOP establishment over what they claimed were racist socialist media posts.

Happy to see that no Arizonan is on that list. Now that McSally is gone, hopefully the remains of the fatal McCain cabal will be buried as well.

If there is a silver lining to be had, assuming the Senate also votes to override, is that the CIC provisions will be binding on President Harris.

Why not. Its a free country. And populism is on the rise and now has considerable influence in the GOP. The silver spoon in the mouth country club RINOs are freaking out. And well they should. They have a choice to make, and they will make it today in the Senate.

If not, do you think Trump supporters will turn out to keep Mitch’s Senate? I say they will not.And it will be the death of the RINO controlled Senate, populist Republicans will have to fight to get it back in 2 years. And Mitch’s China feeding trough via his wife’s relatives will be at an end.
