Down the rabbit hole, there is a lot of talk that he and Paul Ryan intended to get rid of Trump (as mild as "letting the impeachment take its course" and as extreme as murder) and a Pence/Ryan ticket would take its place.

The other chatter is that human trafficking was very bad in Indiana when he was Governor.

That's all I've heard.

But his brother votes with Trump religiously, and I haven't seen Pence do anything onscreen in 4 years that would make me think he's anything other than a staid politician who will fulfill his job responsibilities to the letter, and not go one step beyond (and thus probably won't stick his neck out.)
