Actually you either did not read the article and went off the headline or you completely missed what Dershowiitz said. It is a futile effort to try and impeach Trump now. Even McConnell the RINO bastard pointed out that it is unlikely even Roberts would cooperate in the trial since Trump is no longer in office and impeachment is done to remove an individual from office. Even if 67 members of the Senate voted in favor it is mute from the git go and carries no legal weight. So, how far back can we now go to impeach someone who is no longer in office? Maybe we should impeach San Fran Nan when we hold the house and she retires? Put a political stain on her record, the last House leader to be impeached . Lets go back and Impeach Washington and Jefferson, they owned slaves. Get the point?
