President Trump's term expires at noon on January 20th and the term of the next administration begins. At that time Trump will be completely powerless and without any authority. There are no exceptions to this in the Constitution. The successor is the person elected by the Electoral College to serve as the next President. That person was Joe Biden. Simple reality.

The term of the current President expires January 20th at noon. He was not elected by the Electoral College to the next Presidential term. He will be completely powerless at noon on January 20th as he will no longer be President, and absolutely nothing can stop that, no matter what fantasy scenario of things being signed you believe has occurred - his term and all powers of the Presidency are over, period, at noon on January 20th. Even if somehow Joe Biden and Kamala Harris were not sworn in, Trump would not be sworn in as he was not elected to that term. It would then go to Nancy Pelosi as the next in line to succession, then Chuck Grassley, and so forth. But Trump is not in the line of succession. He will hold no elected office in that line at noon on January 20th. Period.

He wasn't elected by the Electoral College so no he would not be inaugurated. But, let's say hypothetically that evidence does in fact surface and is accepted by the public, media, and indeed everyone in existence that he should have and would have been re-elected. He would still not become President. That would only occur if the Vice President resigns or is impeached and removed from office, and then Trump is selected as Vice President by Congress to fill the vacancy, and then the President resigns or is removed by impeachment allowing Trump to become President again. How likely do you really think that scenario is?
