They cheated every way they could to cheat Trump and other Republican candidates out of millions of votes nationwide. The machines were part of a system of a vote switching algorithim, which by itself wasn't enough to win. What you mention was only in about three state, PA, GA, and WI. In those states the algorithim wasn't enough. Trump also likely won other states, but the algorithim worked for Biden there. You just missed it.

That was required because Trump won so big, the algorithim didn't work. He made a mistake not seizing the ballots.
