I just see the Jackson Reffitt kid had no issues with what he did and neither did I with what information I provided. It was kind of surreal. I said “are you guys really FBI agents?” They showed the badges a 2nd time and one gave me his card to send the pics to. After sending my pics, the reply back on my phone was “thank you, sir”. I went to the office the next day to turn in all of the notes that I had taken. I took lots of notes from 4-5-6...about 15 pgs worth.

My only account ever with the FBI was a good one. We joked around a bit and fist-bumped before departing company. At no time did I feel threatened or intimidated.
It is part of the training, building a rapport with the informants.
They are good at it.
If you wish to see how trusting the FBI is, tell them you are going to record the interview, for everyone's safety.

I had my eyes opened by someone who would jump into the "semi-offensive" subjects when meeting someone for the first time. He wanted to trigger them right up front to know where they stood. He was one of the happiest people I ever met as he was surrounded by people he could trust.

Didn’t he inform the communists that the family was hiding food? During Stalin’s war on the Ukraine he was forcing all the farmers to give him all of their food so that they would have to go on communal farms. I have seen pictures of Ukrainian kids during that war, they looked like skeletons.
