Does Mittens ever call Democrats disingenuous? I don’t think so. He only criticizes his own party. He is the most fake Republican ever and in a class all his own. He should be ousted from the party.

The broken clock theory.

He’s absolutely right on this one.

Note that he’s not upset about deficit spending. He’s unhappy about anybody who criticizes demoncraps.

Romney was ONE of the same crowd who supported the prior huge layouts of money we do not have— while he was “marching with BLM”.

Not gonna affect his Panama Papers offshore accounts of stashed BAIN consulting (seee eye ehhhh front a@@hole rubber stamp “consultants”) cash.... now will it, Magic Underwear Boy huh, mitt?

I hate to agree with him, but he’s right. The last time the GOP even tried to slow spending was 2014.

He has a minor point
Not in this specific case.

The government is responsible for shutting down countless businesses and employment opportunities. Until they're ready to open everything up, they're on the hook for the consequences.

You broke it, you bought it.

A broken clock is right twice a day. It’s wrong at all other times ... like Romney.

Unfortunately, Trump signed these bills and frankly, he had a lot of big spending aspirations himself.

Ann is doing very well since emerging from a Bill Maher-sponsored re-education camp. Maher got her a good discount!

I concur with his statement.

So why not just get on with it and give every American $1 million.

Leftists (and Scott Adams) tell me that arguments based on “what about ism” (hypocrisy) are not compelling or persuasive. Not sure I agree.

I disagree.

Spending to SECURE our borders and strengthen our military and get the economy back is one thing.

Spending to appease foreign leaders, pay off businesses who kick-back huge sums and kill our economy is quite another.

What did Trump spend it on? Isnt that relevant to the conversation? If were honest the military, border security and covid help is kinda important.

I dislike Romney but he is right here. I can’t believe the deficit spending that went on. I know the justification for it but I’m not on board.

The three legs of the three legged stool of conservatism:

1. Foreign policy. Trump was A plus there and the world is so much a better place for it.

2. Moral issues. Somewhat blind to the homosexual agenda dangers and naive on the release the felons thing, Trump was quite law and order, at least kept transgenders out of the military and stopped the promotion of homosexuality at our embassies. Fantastic in the pro life front. Defender of religious liberty. Probably the best we could have done.

3. Financial issues. So great, so pro business, so reasonable in regards to regulations - but that deficit spending, ouch.
