She’s the frontrunner for the establishment’s designator loser “Jeb” spot. She’s going nowhere because most of the base doesn’t like her. The establishment is in for a difficult wake up call when they realize where the party is now. The base will not stand for RINOs that don’t represent them anymore. Anyone who doesn’t see that in this climate is blind or deliberately ignoring the actual Republican voters.
President Trump is going to be under NY criminal investigation that is ongoing for Trump Foundation. Now a Dem Rep from Mississippi filed a Fed lawsuit for inciting a riot, more to come I’m sure. Dem prosecutors, DOJ are going to hound the President and bury him in legal fees. Add to the fact that GOP Mitch recommended he face criminal charges.
Just no way he will be a viable candidate IMHO. If he tries to run, deep state will initiate more devious plan to destroy him.
IF I WERE VOTING in the next presidential election (I won’t be), and Nikki Haley was the Repub candidate...I’d vote for the Dem.

that Alex Castellanos biggest contribution to the body politic is the creation of the uniparty !
I am very afraid that this horror show happening now in Texas is going to usher in a Beto type Governor. They have been working hard at turning Texas blue and this may just do it.
That’s what they did to Palin. It forced her out of politics. Not saying that Trump will be or can be intimidated, and he has financial resources Palin didn’t have. But considerations add up. Plus, Trump has adult children who can continue his work.

Well, President Trump has already disavowed the notion of forming a 3rd party (as a Conservative/Populist walkout would only ensure Demonrat plurality victories for years to come). Forcing the left out of the GOP is the best and only real option. They want an echo of a Demonrat party, let ‘em. Better for us.
