Can he be declared an honorary black like Bill Clinton “the first Black President” was? Maybe a cheap diploma looking sheet from a local print shop could be presented to him by the Black Caucus.
By the way, last I heard the all black am radio station in Michigan (Southfield but pretends to be “Detroit”-—too scared to actually broadcast from there.) they still had callers not very enchanted with Biden.
they impatiently want cash reparations (not symbolic advantages indirectly). They don’t trust him or the old time Dems to really come through with special favors and special money to black causes-—not just vague talk. Biden had better tune in or they will shunt him to the side on the way to shouting BLM rallies.
