Thank you for the helpful advice and words of encouragement. I will keep them in mind. ☺
My daughter and I do about 20-30 minutes of Yoga 5 days/week, which I know isn’t nearly enough. I have to get out of this depressed my mindset that staying indoors creates. So many people I know feel similarly.
Once the snow melts I’ll go back to my after dinner walks. Winter can’t end fast enough! It’s not mandatory to wear masks outdoors and I won’t wear one, despite the fact that practically everyone else does. Or two, now.
As for Keto, you sound like my daughter. She’s very mindful of her diet and has helped me eat a more healthy foods. I do, however, have a horrible sweet tooth and that is a problem.
Yes. The spread is slowing for now. Interesting, that it happened during the coldest weather.

I have found that the quality of food eating out now just isn’t any good. As if all the quality cooks have simply left the field.>>> Entire service industry is gone. no customer service any where. not sure what this means but it is remaking a large part of our life.

Leftists are so completely incompetent at running anything profitably (never mind an entire economy) that you have to think that if they aren’t trying to completely murder the economy because they simply hate this country, they must be trying to drive it so far down that when they do remove the unconstitutional limits they have put on people work and travel, that the economy will have nowhere to go but up so they can take credit.
The Leftist equivalent of 4-D Chess, I guess. Well, that is the only “magic wand” they will have.
