Will they have to remove Robert Byrd’s name from everything?
I’ve had people tell me how biblical stories of Egpyt cannot be true because the historical egyptian records don’t line up. This is how you get an Egypt that never had Hebrew slaves.

If the military stays with the Constitution, they can’t attack US citizens without provocation of insurrection, or civil disorder without the request of the governor of the state unless it involves federal personnel or property. And then the department of the Army makes the call as they have been placed in charge of the militia/national guard, but the president has been limited for many years.
The Posse Comitatus Act is a United States federal law (18 U.S.C. § 1385, original at 20 Stat. 152) signed on June 18, 1878, by President Rutherford B. Hayes which limits the powers of the federal government in the use of federal military personnel to enforce domestic policies within the United States.
