So “not guilty” both times, but they still get to punish him?
That has to be unconstitutional somehow.
The RATs have nothing to do except go after Trump. Proves RATs are incapable of governing for the people. Pedo Joe and The Hoe only use EOs like dictators.

I am having a problem getting this straight. Since a president that accomplished what he did was kangaroo court based strictly upon party affiliation that was not convicted in the senate both times, with no evidence, no proof, a mishandling of treaties by the house, was not found guilty of anything other than their opinion, should be banned from anything in their acting of representation of the laws of this country?
I know quite a few people that attacked the integrity and intelligence of a person twice to do harm to the person and country. They’re called the house. But the laws have no way of impeaching 222 people out of the house at once. Safety in numbers here.
And as for their opinion, the last trial ended up 57-43 with him acquitted. Since 7 republican senators voted guilty, that means that there are some problems with the liberal party as it tells us only 36 actually voted to impeach. And since they are trying to say they have got enough liberals to do it, a twice impeached president, with no guilty verdict in the trial, is bad? We need to wash the house with disinfectant.

this is good becouse it will bite them in the ass... all they are doing is virtue signaling to those who are what I call true believers that would not understand critical thinking at all. at election time you can use this bill to vicarate Demarcates. this is the type of bill that gets independent voters to Question those who vote for it.

Well, the Lautenberg Amendment was proof that that ex post facto thingy can be ignored.
No Federal funds or other Federal financial assistance may be provided to a state, political subdivision thereof, or entity if any such funds or financial assistance will be used for the benefit of any building, land, structure, installation, or any other property that bears the name, or is named or designated in commemoration of, any former President that has been twice impeached by the House of Representatives politician.

So if Trump committed no "hate crime" then by appearance and speeches appearing to someone to be somewhat hateful means all of the Leftists are guilty (late night TV stars, Rachel Maddow, Anderson Cooper, Jake Tapper,the severed head of Trump comedy stunt, blow up the White House--Madonna statement to a crowd or any episode of The View.)
These people are crazy. They don’t own our country. Instead of crazy I’m actually inclined to think they are stupid. Like in no intelligence. They may have some schooling but didn’t help them any.

There was a law you had to be out of the Armed Forces for 10 years to be Secretary of Defense.
The Senate’s confirmation of Jim Mattis negated that law.
There’s probably a better example though (actual statute not a confirmation).
Let the clowns be the hateful clowns that they are. This will be undone in less than two years.
They still have Robert Byrd’s name everywhere though.
