And they knew the first impeachment was a complete scam ad let it rock on for 6 months. The whole time they knew Hunter Biden’s laptop completely proved Trump was innocent and fully justified in looking into the Biden’s corruption in Ukraine.

Fury. Hahahahaha. I’m sure he’s pissed but this is not a tantrum-level move. It is a well-thought out reasonable and rational move. You wouldn’t expect Disney to let your school use Mickey Mouse’s likeness to raise money for the band. Even as kind as it would be for Disney, they would not risk their brands just so some band could buy uniforms. If the school asked and Disney refused outright, nobody would spend a moment cursing Disney for being greedy or selfish. Why then would Donald Trump want Liz Cheney to use his likeness as a fundraising tool? It is crazy to think that it is anything other than protecting his brand which he has every right and even duty to do.

One thing Trump understand better than anyone is branding and brand equity. The GOP that undercuts him and plots against him behind closed doors wants to use his brand to sell themselves in public. Trump says ‘uh, no. Your brand is terrible and you have nobody to blame but yourselves but you are stuck with it, you can’t steal mine’.

I printed out an 8x10 copy of this awesome piece of art by Sabot, and I am putting it in a manilla envelope, along with the latest piece of fundraising junk mail that I received from the RNC, with the words F*** Y** written on the outside of the envelope (more than once) and a message for the RNC to get their operating capital from the House and Senate pukes that voted to impeach POTUS. It's going in the mail first thing Monday morning.

Yeah, and even if they use his name in a tangential way, like saying “if you want to continue Trump’s agenda, vote GOPe”, they are still on very thin ice.

Imagine Nike puts out a new shoe and without permission, and against his request, says “If you wanna have Michael Jordan’s moves...”. They run a likely risk that Michael Jordan will publicly say that the shoes suck, and in his opinion would have injured him.
