Whether this young lady has suggestions or not, somebody does, and she is only calling for moving the goalposts even further. “Parity” in climate control cannot ever be reached, as the goal itself cannot be defined. The whole scheme is to institute a permanent command-and-control regime that cannot be successfully challenged for decades if not centuries to come.
The normal state of humanity is to LIVE under some kind of command-and-control regime, and only with the Enlightenment that followed the Dark Ages that fell upon Europe after the fall of the Roman Empire, did the germ of the idea of what became the Great American Experiment take root and thrive, brightly, for the few centuries it has.
Institution of the recognition of the God-given rights to life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness (which is code for rights to property ownership), as set forth in the Declaration of Independence and more particularly enumerated in the words and interpretation of the Constitution of the United States of America, were the framework under which the Great American Experiment was carried out. The representative republic, and the federation of the several states that made up this republic, designed to be responsive to the collective will of its informed citizens through free and fair elections, functioned quite admirably for most of two centuries.
But of late, it has become almost fashionable to derogate and demean that carefully balanced expression of national will, trying to “improve” the machinery of government, to make it more “efficient”. Citizens no longer had to be informed, that principle was discarded in favor of indoctrination and news manipulation. Choices were restricted through heavy regulation and a tax code that was directed much more at achieving a specific outcome than for the revenue necessary to fund the basic and defined functions of government, while simultaneously expanding government control into areas where it had never been considered.
One of the outcomes of this drift away from the original intent of the Great American Experiment may very well result in a system where the FORMS of participatory government are still there, but cloaked in an all-encompassing regime that no longer recognizes or respects the individuality that created one of the great golden ages of mankind. Just can’t stand prosperity, the drive is on to introduce adversity at every level and in as many venues as can be achieved.
Can we break free of these fetters now being forged upon our lives, our fortunes, our sacred honor? Then we must seek to defend ourselves against this encroaching tyranny, the attempt to “build back better”, which is but a screen to refill the Deep State government swamp, which had been on track to be exposed through the efforts of Team Trump, which was so suddenly derailed by a set of political circumstances that in retrospect, amounted to almost an act of war, by malefactors of great wealth and very malign intent.

This poor child. She has no understanding of the issue, and only parrots what her parents and handlers tell her.
I wish someone would explain to her that we are made of carbon, and that living a “carbon-neutral” or “carbon-free” lifestyle is impossible.
Meanwhile, many of the measures proposed to fight “global warming” aka “climate change” do pose actual threats to the biosphere. Reducing carbon dioxide in the air leads to reduced biomass, since carbon dioxide feeds the plants that feed everything else. Blocking sunlight also starves plants, since they need the sunlight for energy to convert carbon dioxide into the fats, proteins, and sugars that form all living things.
I also wish a few more life scientists would speak up about the dangerous proposals to combat climate change. The earth has never had a stable climate, and never will, regardless of what we do or how much misery that global warmists can inflict.

I suspect for radical climate change activists, like little Ms. ThunderMouth, short of extermination of the entire world's population and leaving the earth to its own devices, it will never enough.
