Don't know that D'Elia is a "public figure". Stating that trumped up allegations are facts could easily get you sued for defamation.

So sue me. I dare him.

And since that wasn't until after he gave a statement about Leonardo hacking the 2020 election, those allegations sound like retaliation for him blowing the whistle on the fraud.

Arturo D’Elia was arrested on December 5th, 2020. The affidavit floating around social media was dated January 6, 2021. Nice try. I also note that you ignored the links I provided you, which debunk your ridiculous “Italian Alan Dershowitz” claim.

He certainly wasn't convicted of anything, but you are plainly trying to discredit him like a troll from some three letter agency.

Conspiracy theories are the last refuge of the ignorant.

“When I use a word,’ Humpty Dumpty said in rather a scornful tone, ‘it means just what I choose it to mean — neither more nor less.’ ’The question is,’ said Alice, ‘whether you can make words mean so many different things.’ ’The question is,’ said Humpty Dumpty, ‘which is to be master — that’s all.” ― Lewis Carroll, Through the Looking Glass In this case, I used "Dominion machines" generically, as I noted previously. All it takes is one instance of their software being used to switch votes to prove the point, as happened in MI. You should understand my comment to mean "Dominion type machines", with similar software capabilities. Again, all of the facts aren't yet available. In a properly functioning republic, Dominion would just hang it up. Instead they want to lawyer up, litigate and try to intimidate their critics. This doesn't end well for them.

There was no such equivocation in your first post. You are attempt to deflect. It’s sad. I find the last sentence amazing considering that you aren’t brave enough to wager on the outcome.

Actually, the data of Trump's share of votes dramatically increasing across the board supports that it happened in other places at well. This is especially true where very strange things happened in the middle of the night, and where poll watchers weren't permitted meaningful access to witness the vote count, which occurred over an unnaturally extended time frame. Are you willing to wager on that outcome? Actually, I based upon Judge Sullivan's handling of the Flynn case, and because he also presided over an election case involving the U.S. Post Office being ordered to find more mail in ballots, I suspect there is some corruption in the D.C. court administrator's office. I have no confidence that an impartial judge will hear this case. If I were Powell's attorney, I would stall for time hoping forensic testing of the ballots in AZ and other places provide more useful evidence of the fraud. Otherwise, this case could drag on for years as it makes its way up the federal appellate courts. I can see no point in making a wager, nor any confidence that I would ever see a penny when proved correct.

We don’t have to wager money. Let’s use continued participation on FR as the stakes. Admin enforced IP ban for the loser.

The ABA holds a complete monopoly on legal education in the U.S. Until around the 60's a person could become a lawyer by serving an apprenticeship to a practicing lawyer, but no more. Most U.S. law professors don't even have a second law degree. It's like an engineer with a B.S. in engineering teaching courses to undergrads, simply because he had high marks. Things are quite different in other countries, but this is the U.S. system. If you hold a law degree from an ABA law school, you are a product of this system.

Irrelevant and untrue. Virginia still has a law reader program. California has a path to practice for graduates of non-ABA accredited schools and online law schools. Graduates of Birmingham Law School in Alabama can take the Alabama Bar exam.

Be careful what you ask for. You might get it.

Arturo D’Elia was arrested on December 5th, 2020. The affidavit floating around social media was dated January 6, 2021. Nice try.

Since the January 6, 2021 affidavit from Professor Alfio D’Urso doesn't mention when D'Elia's confession was made in the Naples courtroom, no reasonable inference can be made relative the date of E'Elia being charged in retaliation for his confession. You are just pettifogging on that. That timeline is not public yet.

I also note that you ignored the links I provided you, which debunk your ridiculous “Italian Alan Dershowitz” claim.

More "that's already been debunked" bunk. You've debunked nothing, and all of those details have not yet been made public.

Conspiracy theories are the last refuge of the ignorant.

Right. John Wilkes Booth was the sole perpetrator in the Lincoln assassin, and acted alone. The other people hanged were all innocent. Hitler didn't burn the Reichstag, or blame the Poles for attacking Germany in 1939, and and Molotov-Ribbentrop pact is all a myth. Conspiracies never happen in history. Everything must be explained by something other than that.

There was no such equivocation in your first post. You are attempt to deflect. It’s sad.

Right, I never wrote that Dominion's machines were used in the places you named. Twist that around all you want, I didn't write that.

I find the last sentence amazing considering that you aren’t brave enough to wager on the outcome.

I've seen enough judges do enough plainly wrong things. Being right doesn't guarantee justice, and justice frequently requires a long path through the appellate courts, and sometimes evidence which has been concealed appears years later, etc. If we had honest judges, we wouldn't have a demented man in the oval office and falling down the steps of Air Force One impersonating Chevy Chase.

Irrelevant and untrue. Virginia still has a law reader program. California has a path to practice for graduates of non-ABA accredited schools and online law schools. Graduates of Birmingham Law School in Alabama can take the Alabama Bar exam.

So out of 50 states, the ABA doesn't have a total and complete monopoly in legal education in just three? Your exceptions prove the rule.

Be careful what you ask for. You might get it.

Please, I’m absolutely begging. Please.

If the timeline isn’t public, then how can you make the claim that you made? You are all over the place man.

More "that's already been debunked" bunk. You've debunked nothing, and all of those details have not yet been made public.

Incorrect. You said Alfio D’Urso was an Italian Alan Dershowitz. He isn’t. I provided you links that throughly debunk those claims. You’ve deflected each time. Whether you like it or not, Nicola Naponiello, D’Elia’s real lawyer, called any allegations of his involvement in a plan against Trump “pure fantasy.” There is no such thing as a “Fucino Tower” in Italy. A “Fucino” satellite communications facility exists, but it has no towers. There is no building there known as “Fucino Tower”.

Uh huh, and lizard people are real and rigged the election.

Right, I never wrote that Dominion's machines were used in the places you named. Twist that around all you want, I didn't write that.

Yes you did.

So you don’t even believe what you are posting here then, since you aren’t brave enough to wager on the outcome. If the evidence was as you believe it to be, it would be a slam dunk.

So out of 50 states, the ABA doesn't have a total and complete monopoly in legal education in just three? Your exceptions prove the rule.

That’s not what you said. Your statement was unequivocal, you didn’t leave any room for exceptions. (There are more than these three examples by the way, which you clearly didn’t know about.)

Since you don’t believe what you are writing (given your cowardice in refusing to wager) you simply aren’t worth my respect or time. Keep on tilting at windmills. I’ll leave you to your own fantasy world.

Take the whole 2020 political journey and inverse it. Imagine it was Biden who had Giuliani representing him in court (with a computer analyst that had people laughing at her)! Imagine if it was Biden who had Giuliani representing him as hair dye streamed down his face, or when he got confused and did a speech in front of a landscaping shop next to a sex toy shop! Imagine if it was Biden who had masses of Q, erm, people, waiting in anticipation for coded messages. Imagine it was Biden who had lawyers, who were not actually representing him, telling Democrats not to vote in Georgia. Imagine if it was Biden who had his supporters talking about shootouts between CIA and Delta Force in European capitals. Imagine if it was Biden who had witnesses that were giving wrong information on counties, or sending court documents with glaring errors, or any number of things!

If it was Biden the whole of FR would have been laughing hilariously at the idiocy.

Unfortunately, it wasn’t Biden.

I had a similar post in another thread and it was deleted, hurt too many Freeper Snowflake feelings.

Sad when a conservative site hates a hard reality check of the situation.

You might want to go back and look at those ‘no evidence’ ones - especially the ones that involved dead voters, and note that the case was at a point where the plaintiffs were trying to get discovery.

You also might look at the PA case, and compare to the dissents.

That said, my comments were specifically aimed at one case in particular where a comment was made that the poster was extrapolating to other cases.
