I know someone who worked with Cruz just before he went into politics. Said he doesn’t have a real conviction in his body. He’s all ambition and inflated self-opinion who will say whatever gets him furthest. So, a politician.
It’s funny in all these conversations I see lately, Pompeo’s name does not come up much at all. I wonder why that is? In my opinion Pompeo might be kind of like Pence. Maybe he’s not but who is the real Mike Pompeo?

I think his trip to Cancun highlighted that ‘feature’ of him.
Too bad, he had a great future, all he had to do was not screw up, but he did, royally.
I don't agree with him on everything, but that's a big one for me.
Yes, I met his chief of staff while helping another campaign years ago and got the same calculating impression. I tried to support him in 2016 but tossed that aside when Trump jumped in. Lyn’ Ted has repeatedly disappointed.

She didn’t cave. She sent the bill back so it can be written where it’ll stand up in the courts.
He was best SoS since Reagan admin. at least. Was also rock solid post election. That’s all I got.
Noem hasn’t self-imposed. She sent the Bill back so it can be rewritten to be able to withstand lawsuits in case it goes to the Supreme Court.
