All that matters is that the kid did not have a gun as he raised his OPEN HANDS and killed while doing so.
The cop might get a little easier treatment because the kid at least had a weapon. Still a bad shot IMO.
Bad things tend to happen to 13 year olds running around in a big city by themselves at 2:30 AM ...

I’m not big on ‘probably’ survive chances based on trigger happy police. Glad I’ve had no run ins with these people... thus far.
That’s just it...in order for us to really see what happened we have to slow the video 1/4 speed. The cop on the run going after the hoodlum couldn’t slow down ongoing reality that way and he had to make a split decision whether to shoot or fire. The gun was filmed on the ground on body cam resting on the ground some feet from the criminal’s head. The miscreant had ditched it before turning while raising his hands and met his doom.
He was carrying a gun in his right hand, not clear when he dropped it, must have been immediately before he was shot.
The problem the media has is Donald Trump is no longer President. Otherwise, they would tie Trump as the cause of the shootings. Democrat ally Biden is. These last 2 are on Biden’s watch. They know it won’t look good with Blacks rioting under a Dem presidency and Dems in control of all levers of Fed government. They will have to fashion their phony narratives to steer Biden clear of the shootings

Yep. Antifa/BLM know their guy is in power. Since it’s not an election year and there’s not a Republican as president, the odds go way down for riots.

Remember- it’s OK if the cop panics and shoots. It’s NOT OK if you panic and fail to follow the good officer’s orders.
