Even if "climate change" is being caused by human actions, and I'm not convinced it is, who cares? The climate has always been changing, people adapt and go on about their lives. If the sea is rising then you build a little further inland to adapt to it. It's not like anything in Miami Beach is built to last 100 years anyway, everything there will be torn down and new building built long before any sea level change will become an issue. Move further north if it gets hotter, maybe it'll cause some of the hoards of New Yorkers coming to Florida to go back home.
Whether or not it's getting hotter it's certainly not worth destroying our economy over. There's nothing we can do about it anyway unless we get the real polluters, China and India, under control and that's not going to happen.
