I have seen reports of mass vaccination sites closing down, but have not seen much about convenient new options to get vaccinated (except that a lot of places now no longer require an appointment - just walk up).

I got the Regeneron infusion yesterday. I do feel a bit better but not leaps and bounds. The rest of the family is hanging in there.

Thanks for the update - good to hear from you.

My buddy still felt zapped a couple of weeks after COVID, but he said that Regeneron was clearly the turning point, from getting worse, to getting better.

A lot of folks have reported the fever breaking the day after the infusion.

I count you as out of the woods, and on the mend.

After a week or so, if your family members don’t get worse, we can pretty confidently count them in as well (if not, those treatments will be available).

It is the hard way to develop immunity (compared to vaccination), but you get a strong immunity from having had the disease like that.

Hope you are all feeling better soon. Be nice to each other, and try to enjoy some time/tenderness together. Life is short.
