It's quite probable that what this loony toon diversity hire secret service agent considers "racist" and what normal people consider racist are probably a long way from each other.

I agree with you that what Ms. Poumpouras described could have happened...It is possible...
My conclusion is that Ms. Poumpouras liked Michelle Obama...But, she had no intention of stopping some person from exercising his First Amendment right...
Speaking of female agents in US Secret Service...I would like to mention Special Agent Julie Cross...She was the first female US Secret Service agent to die in the line of duty...She and her partner were on some surveillance mission...Then some thugs tried to rob them...Her killer is still on California's death row...
