In Dallas the city took a 6 lane road and converted it to two lanes moving in each direction, with a designated bike lane. Hardly no on uses it becasue a 1/4 mile to the east is a bike lane for bikes and walkers only. Perfectly safe. Why the new one?? Federal Dollars. A complete waste.
