I will post my exercise video at age 100, which is less than 19 years away. Take it from me, nothing, not even a cold has touched my body because of this relentless daily exercise routine. I have more energy and in better physical shape at age 81 than I was at age 51. I began exercising at age 59.

 

Great job!  Like you I have not been sick since 2007.  Not even the annual cold that I use to get 3 to 4 times a year every year my entire life.  Although I am over 3 decades younger than you. 

I became physically active for most of my life with the exception of the last 10 years.  If things play out like they should, then I should be retired soon and have plenly of time to get very active again.

 

If doctors can predict events 5-10-20 years from now, they should change their name to Dr Nostradamus. Here is a cold, brutal and hard fact...there were 529,000 EXTRA DEATHS in USA in year 2020 over historical averages. What do you think caused it? Overwhelming Americans who died from the lab created bio-weapon were NOT vaccinated.

 

I suspect the mandatory shutdowns caused a lot of it. Many small businesses and people lost their jobs. Most people live pay check to pay check and could not pay their bills.  In addition people not getting enough Vitamin D3 and fresh air.  Suicides were up at an all time high level.  Although regarding the total number of deaths from what I read it was not that different from year to year between 2015 and 2020. Each one of those years the deaths did increase slowly at the same pace.

I hope I am wrong about all of this, but I am still not taking the jab. If I caught Covid over the last year, then I am immune from it.  If I get it some time in the future and do not get hospitalized.  Then I'm immmune from it.

My 82 year old dad took round 1 and 2 of the Moderna. So far he is good, and he has slowed down a lot.  He use to be in great shape, but had a lot of stress from various things. Anyhow, have prayed for you and him are safe through Jesus Christ.  Oh and that you make it to 100. That is my goal also.
