Does it surprise anyone that Mississippi is the state with the lowest vaccine rate? Not me. Also the state with lowest high school graduation rate and all the other negative markers. Lots of poor black people and poor rural white people which equals ignorance fear and superstition. I don’t get why people don’t see the obvious correlation
