I’m no fan of Putin (he was long time KGB), but when the USSR collapsed, one of the most important skills to keep fragments of it alive would have been accounting and understanding of economics. (even for Communist countries)

Well, I guess how I view Freedom in our country today is not what it once was.....There’s an awful lot of ‘abuse’ of Freedom now in our country, with no accountability nor responsibility. And unfortunately nobody willing to hold people to account who does not have their hands tied from doing so!
People don’t seem to care or have any filters today - Anything goes which actually shouldn’t.
