I would imagine a record with the above info gets sent to the CDC. They obviously know what areas are "under vaccinated" because we've seen reports and maps.

Exactly, just who will be in charge of keeping these ‘ready to use’ vials at the proper temperature until needed? Remember the many doses which had to be destroyed as they were extras left over from all injections given at the time.
They must be kept cool else they go bad. Do remember policy changed at one point and TPTB provided workers with the thought: use them anyway; forget they should be destroyed.
The spoiled doses must have not killed anyone so they might have deemed them quality merchandise and fit for any peon or
deplorable.
