That being said most major hospital systems are restricting elective surgery. Surge restrictions are starting again. It is trying to me not as intrusive however it’s clear that hospitals are stretched

Interesting that in California the most vaccinated counties are those experiencing the highest cases right now. I suppose there are other explanations such as population density or illegal destinations but these situations, including in Florida, always have alternative explanations.
