Note that it is simply “arms”. Nothing specific that can be cherry-picked later. Here in CaCaLand mace was outlawed for the longest time. Basically, no right to life in the state at all — if someone with a weapon wanted to take it, tough. Not sure why that changed, can’t be reason. Not here.
