In All cases where an Emergency Order infringing, or limiting, the rights of the citizenry, All Elected and Appointed Public Employee’s in the State shall serve without Pay, All other Public Employee’s shall serve with a 50% reduction in pay, All Pay Reductions shall remain in affect for 180 days from the end of any such emergency order.
All Public Employee’s employed by the Federal Government that reside in this State shall be Treated as State Public employee’s for the purpose of this law.

Interesting this is on ABC.
I heard a snippet from the ABC national news on Friday evening, and the anchor reporter was in her normal hysterical mode about the Delta variant, and how it is so contagious, (and we are all gonna die, etc.). She was talking with a guest person on a video feed (working from home?), who seemed to be a doctor.
He said the he did not think it was true about Delta being so much more contagious, and said there is not enough data available yet to make those claims.
Of course, he has probably been deleted from every reputable source of info or medical care by now, but I did hear him say that the contagion factor was being WAY overstated, based on the experience.
