I wonder what’s on the menu when they are talking about Harris and also the poor and downtrodden and other Democrat concerns. Probably what would cost most of us here the better part of one or even two months’ salary.

Look this is not our issue. Its the Kamala people warring with the Biden people. If she can say Biden is not in control of himself, she takes over and can change the cabinet. Right now the Chief of Staff is running the country. He is the first to go if she gets in. No senate confirmation or anything.
So the Chief of Staff is knocking her off balance. They want her to be very unpopular. So he can stay in power. She needs half the cabinet. And as long as she looks weak Biden is ok. But if she looks inevitable, they will vote with her, and Biden is toast. So expect an anti-Kamala article in the Post every week.

Similar story: Lifelong friend was passed over for a Warden position at a federal correctional facility. The AA selected would constantly seek the help and advice of my friend. One day my buddy was Again complaining/venting to me about this. My advice: stop answering his questions or stop complaining. He ended up retiring early.

Having been with the DoD for 30 years I saw my share of afirmitive action hire disasters....the maddening part was after being a complete and utter failure the hire was never bumped back down, either left in place to hope for improvement or transferred....Just to make a mess somewhere elsewhere in the facility.
It seemed to me all hiring and promoting so many of this color and do many of that race did was damage the quality and effectiveness of our plant.
