“I’m grateful that we have had the opportunity to do this and that the rock will be removed,” the group’s president, Nalah McWhorter, said. “It was our demand, and it was something that we put all the work in for.”She also wants the Abraham Lincoln statue on campus removed. I guess that's next (if it hasn't happened already).

I’m deeply offended that Nabisco is still selling “crackers”!
To be fair, Amazon is selling Yankee Drills.

Like Sebastian Gorka says “You do not have the right to not be offended”
Oh, they have the right to be offended.
And we have an EQUAL right to not care that they’re offended.

The boulder looks gray to me. Must be a Confederate.
Come to Maine. The fields and woods are loaded with boulders, courtesy of the last Ice Age.
I’ve seen some the size of a two-story house.

In January, university Chancellor Rebecca Blank approved removing the rock, but its removal needed to be approved by the Wisconsin Historical Society because it sat within 15 feet of a Native American burial ground.
It’s too bad the two sides didn’t settle it with a
game of lacrosse.

“Graham Chapman: I think all righthtinking people in this country are sick and tired of being told that ordinary, decent people are fed up in this country with being sick and tired.
All: Yes, yes...
Graham Chapman: I’m certainly not! And I’m sick and tired of being told that I am.
Not Sure?: Mrs. Havoc-Jones.
Mrs. Havoc-Jones: Well, I meet a lot of people and I’m convinced that the vast majority of wrongthinking people are right.
Not Sure?: There seems like a consensus there. Could we have the next question, please?
Woman: I would like to ask the team what changes they would make if they were Hitler?
Graham Chapman: Well, speaking personally, I would annex the Sudetenland.
Not Sure?: Norman?
Norman: I think I’d pay some Dutchmen to set fire to Lord Snowdon.”

It’s not about the rock.
It’s about making other people jump to their whim. Training them to do that, actually.

I am offended by people who get offended. That's offensive.
The crazy leftists at Madison can slowly remove everything and they will have no tradition, no history, no identity except snowflakes and unicorns.

Trees were one time used for hangings....when will the call be for all trees to be removed??
Historians 300 years from now will look back and identify America's decline.

Good thing that they are addressing real problems, rather than wasting time on something like... education.

According to Buck Henry, that would be called “Building Structure”, so it could be called infrastructure. Dems would vote for that.

And all trees should be removed from the campus due to their prior association with lynchings.
