Pretty sure the Chamber of Commerce was heavily involved with “fortifying” the last election, per that Time magazine piece where Traitors and Enemies openly bragged about supporting electoral fraud.

Gee. I thought the #1 trillion bill the Senate just passed
with the help of 17 + RINO’s WAS a “China trade deal” giving them ownership of more of our debt!!!

I think so. In Third World countries like some in Central and South America.

I don’t know about an established break point. My guess is that it might be when creditors decide to issue a demand for payment of debts.
