Your airline now asks for a passport as part of your record file with ticketing. So when you hit the kiosk when the flight arrives I imagine that they’re looking to match your image to a range of photos limited by the passengers on flights arriving that day.

Except it is in reverse. They could limit it to all inbound international flights but the fact they can do it us pretty crazy.
