You’re right. They just haven’t pressed the right buttons yet to get things kicked off the way they apparently want to. They’re getting close though...
If I recall correctly, CDC said they just reported what Florida gave them that day. Florida came back and said “that’s several days worth of data, here’s how it should be spread out” and CDC eventually got around to fixing that.
The important take-away for me is that the states are watching what CDC is reporting. And if CDC’s reporting doesn’t match what the state sees, the state calls them out on it and it gets fixed. The national numbers aren’t gathered by CDC; they simply add up what the states report to them. So if the states are verifying what CDC has for them, then the national numbers are correct.
At this point, who believes the CDC?

From what others have related, the jab does not stop infections, it replaces natural immunity with artificial immunity, the spikes the “vaccines” target can mutate so it’ll end up being unending new jabs for new spikes, and those already jabbed seemed to have become infected at a higher rate in Massachusetts, California, Israel, and who knows where else than the unvaccinated.

My theory - the error was intentional. They wanted a number big enough they could claim "record" levels. So they made up a number that satisfied those criteria.
Right about now, if the CDC tells you anything other than it's initials are "CDC" then it is probably a lie.
