Sure, when masks were required, I saw that a lot. I did that.
Now that masks are no longer required, and haven’t been since April, it is becoming strange to see people with masks on again, and now, more than half of those wearing them do not wear them over nose and mouth.
It took till early June here to see almost everyone without masks. There were a handful of stragglers. Now the stragglers have turned into about a third of the people wearing masks again.
So if they are now scared and think a cloth mask will protect them from an airborne virus, why do they wear it under their nose? What are they protesting? A non-existent mask mandate? They aren’t required. So wear one or don’t.
I just don’t understand why they are wearing one under the nose when asks aren’t mandated anymore. Maybe I should stop and ask someone to explain, but why try to reason with them? They aren’t thinking logically at all.

I have worn glasses since the age of 7 or so.
I have aviator style frames & Tri-focals.
I cannot keep the glasses from fogging up when I have the mask over my nose.
Sure, but I can tell you that I didn’t see anyone with glasses on that was wearing a mask. If I come across someone who wears glasses that also wears a mask under the nose, then I will remember your comment. That will make sense. Anyone else? Not so much.
