I think you are going a little bit far here. “Join up with BLM” LOL. I just think they aren’t that great and you should be wary around them. They are really just paid mercenaries doing the work of the highest bidder, which right now happens to be the global corporatist fascist state.
They aren’t some high minded, principle driven saints, that many seem to think they are.

I would have to think that there are more people protesting that there are cops.
At what point do the people start beating the hell out of the cops?
Or, are all those Aussie’s from Melbourne just so overwhelmed with Back the Badge & Back the Blue, that they dare not get aggressive against the henchmen of their oppressors?
Sadly, the Police need to vent their frustrations too.
Cracking skulls and making stupid arrests are in their routine.
You ain’t lyin’. And I was one. And I think what some of the cops in this country were and are doing to the people is disgusting.
They aren’t all like that, thank the Lord. But enough of them are to give everyone a bad taste in their mouth until proven otherwise.
Do you remember or hear about the bar owner on Staten Island, in NYC. He opened his place. Arrested. Pointed out that places down the street were allowed open because of how the mayor was taking care of his friends, etc....Well, he was told to shut down. Refused. Customers show up to drink. NYPD shows up, under orders, to enforce the Mayor’s dictates. Crowd of supporters shows up, as well. NYPD says they’re not enforcing the dictates and leaves. Mayor calls out the NYC Sheriff’s Dept, which I don’t think anyone ever heard of. Sheriff is appointed by the Mayor so will act like a trained dog. Sheriff’s office shuts down the bar, arrests the bar owner.
Unfortunately, the crowd of 100s, at least, weren’t willing to overpower the sheriff’s, kick them in the a$$ and send them on their way.
I’m supportive of the police when I can be.
I can’t support what they are doing in Australia.
Those officers are fair game until they get it through their
heads just how much they are mimicking the NAZIs of the
1930s.

Unlike school teachers, who simply HATE US and HATE OUR KIDS, without exception (although some are better at hiding their hatred than others), I think most police are good, but when it comes to following orders, they look at it the way someone once noted:
To police, there are two classes in society:
(1) Pigs
(2) Everyone else.
We’ll always be second class citizens to them...the best we can do is try to sweet talk them into not acting like Australian police.
