The real importance in whether Trump knew is that if he had known, he would have voided the deal. That was the whole measure of the deal. Biden did know and went through with it anyway.
Who said it was OK to cut troops to 2,000 and at the same time release 5,000 Taliban prisoners?
The amounts for recompense are generally in the $thousands, not even the tens of $thousands, and certainly not the $millions that courts would award in this country.
