So at 121 days I become a felon? Felons cannot be charged with having an unregistered firearm because doing so would violate their 5th amendment right against being forced to provide evidence against themselves.
If you need to hide them, it is past time to use them.

Well, we can make our own call on whether an unregistered firearm is legal. But I doubt it helps as a defense in court, particularly in a blue state or blue city/county.

I’m confused. I bought my first gun from a Tennessee gun shop last year, and in the process had to fill out a form which the seller then uploaded.
I assumed it was uploaded to a federal agency. Was I mistaken?
Where did they send it to?
