Your questions are utterly irrelevant.
You should have been banned long ago.
I don’t think a mandate is a law.
What a wonderful photo you posted of my great Governor, Ron Desantis.

I feel safe living in Florida - - I know DeSantis is on the job.. and he cares about all of us who live here.
Maybe the vaccine has or will kill more in certain age groups tha the virus. That would be worth looking into.
Memo:
To Joe:
take your fake mandate and cram up your hemorrhoidal inflicted ass
The key to getting past this tyranny is for states to simply ignore whatever illegal orders come out of DC. There are way too many conservative states or moderate to conservative….probably 40 for the feds to really be able to do anything.
We’ll find out if he still owns the Supreme Court the same way he did last winter.
. . . And when the consequences of such power seizures are suddenly noticed together, there is sometimes a long-building, popular push-back that opens the way for a court to overturn precedents like those on Constitutional grounds.
We've seen the Supreme Court overlook or overturn precedents and ignore plain Constitutional definitions of powers in order to create or take away rights according to political or cultural pressures of the moment.
It's not to praise in any way the segregation of blacks and whites (although the Left seems to favor it now) to point out that Brown vs. Board of Education was unconstitutional on its face. As were the New Deal and the creation of the Department of Education. As was One, Inc. vs. Oleson. As was Griswold vs. Connecticut. As was the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (which made a mockery of free association). As was Roe vs. Wade. As was Lawrence vs. Texas. . .
So I'd say the Court is not immovable in the face of class hatred, threats, or mass delusion. Otherwise we couldn't explain all those decisions and Acts of Congress. But the Court does move more slowly. Which means we'd better get to work now, so that our grandchildren may see the result.
