Chicago has just under 12,000 officers, rest are administrators. Houston has 5200 officers. Chicago has 35 people shot in a normal weekend, Houston not any normally. Chicago has 300,000 more in population than Houston, but over two times the police. Why the higher level of violence in Chicago? Is it because in Houston you must assume many people are armed? Does that explain the huge difference in gun shot victims?
It can’t be that a black mayor doesn’t care about her fellow black citizens and only use them to get into power, could it?

According to the Emergency Use Authorization law in Title 21, I don't need a "government-approved" reason to decline the vaccine (like a religious exemption), I can simply withhold consent after being informed of the medical consequence of my decision.
Any mandate that takes away my informed consent or refusal to receive an EUA drug is illegal.
