If the abject idiot had held on for 24 hours he could have pulled out at $131 a share, and walked away with beaucoup capital. Or he could have waited 90 minutes, jumped back in at $70, then jumped back out at $110 another hour later, and REALLY made BANK.

These “predictions” are wishful thinking. The left is shaking in their boots over this. They have almost total control over the minds of the public. This will soon end.
But all is not rosy. The attacks against Trump’s new media will be as vicious, mean, hysterical and unrelenting as the attacks against him were.
They are going to throw everything they’ve got at it. Credit card companies will refuse service. Web hosts will ban it. The FCC will begin investigating it from day 1. Lawsuits will be filed. But worst of all will be the whispering campaign of total lies on all the legacy media. They all will work together to paint a false picture of the platform. An ignorant public will not bother investigating for itself.
And of course they will infiltrate it and post mean, racist, hateful things that will be blamed on Trump supporters.
Standard procedure for them.

As long as it has adequate funding there is no reason why it can’t be successful. Last I heard they had over $250 million in available cash.

but there are only 27,000,000 shares float
so they could do a secondary stock offering at these high prices and raise more cash...of course that will dilute the shares and drive the stock down but small companies do this all the time for more start up funds
they could do a shelf for 3 million shares at 90 a share would raise 270 Million more
They could also just borrow money or do both

None of this is true if Republicans take the house and senate as I said. Businesses are not stupid (for the most part). They would be suicidal to piss the republican base off and more.

Oct 22 (Reuters) - Hedge fund manager Boaz Weinstein said that he sold his firm Saba Capital Management’s holdings in Digital World Acquisition Corp. DWAC.Oearly Thursday as news emerged that it was merging with former President Donald Trump’s new media venture.
“I knew that for Saba the right thing was to sell our entire stake of unrestricted shares, which we have now done,” Weinstein said in a statement. “Many investors are grappling with hard questions about how to incorporate their values into their work. For us, this was not a close call,” the statement continued.
CNN can only come up with 3 reasons.
On the other hand, the RINO’s, Democrats, and Mainstream Media are 3 reasons Trump’s new media acquisition corp will be a resounding success.
I hope Trump does well with it, don't get me wrong, but there is a whole heckuva lot of factors that will determine its success, some of which even Trump won't be able to influence.
