I don’t think I have seen anything in the Constitution or Bill Of Rights that creates a right to a hysterectomy for any gender to include any being made up right now or in the future.

When are we going to stop this silliness? A woman who claims to be a man wants to get a hysterectomy at a Catholic hospital and they refused so she sued and the Supreme Court will not hear the case. This one is easy. The Supreme Court will be forced to stop this craziness sooner or later.
