Until he put it in writing, there was no way to bring a lawsuit. But some brought them anyway. Now the suing begins in earnest.

This is what vaccine failure looks like. The great mRNA experiment is over. It cannot keep you from infection, it cannot keep you from transmitting, it cannot keep you out of the hospital, it cannot keep you from dying, has an unacceptable number of deaths and injuries and does not last very long. Lastly, it suppresses your natural immune system and we have NO idea of long term effects other than a lifetime of boosters.

“But Trump and the republicans are the tyrants, right?”

He says mean things.

I think people are reading the Court all wrong.

They have not stepped in to over rule state vaccine regulations. I not sure that same mindset will apply to an Executive Order from the Federal Government being challenged by more then half the states.

Meanwhile, Congress is still exempt.

SCOTUS now does what it’s told.

I think people are reading the Court all wrong.

They have not stepped in to over rule state vaccine regulations or Government contractor mandates.

I am not sure that same mindset will apply to an Executive Order from the Federal Government being challenged by more then half the states.

Rule had to be published before the lawsuits can be filed. The States will look over the rule and start filing as they determine their strategy for challenging

Fire them if they refuse, and have the governor appoint a replacement until a special election can be held. But first, harass them in the bathroom while they’re trying to take a crap.

Someone still needs to explain how medical state information can be required by an employer. Aren’t there numerous laws against this? Can they require proof that you don’t have AIDS also? Bet not.

Well, Joe Biden prefers the Jeffery Epstein rule of “Put this in your body or you’re fired”

Working an outage at my mill. Talking with contractors about this thing this morning over coffee. Said their employees aren't going to get vaxed. Numb nuts in DC think this only affects cops, firefighters, medical folks and government employees.

I think they are forgetting about the construction workers, truckers, folks who work in steel mills, paper mills, fab shops, rough necks in the fields and on the rigs.

We've been mask free down here forever… 2 kids in the high school of 1300 are showing signs of COVID. TWO!!

They haven't got a clue of what they are about to unleash on this country.

Maybe.

Maybe not.
Hopium kills. We had hope the Obamacare mandate would be overturned, and how did that work out?

The princes and princesses in black dresses do as they will.

They burnt down cities over one overweight junky in Minneapolis. But fire is insured. Labor actions are not.

Maybe both. Out-of-control dictators generally end badly. Brain-damaged and out-of-control dictators most certainly.

Unless the Supreme Court comes down on the side of freedom instead of the side of totalitarian government.

But there won’t be any mandates.

Sure . . .
