Yep. Both of my vehicles needed oil changes within 6 months of one another and the price difference was amazing! Beau had to go to 3 places to find the oil filter for the VW, too. Shortages.
Don’t get excited by the fact that I have two vehicles. 2008 Ford Escape and a 2001 VW Golf. Both long paid for. We live rural. Very rural, so I need a Winter car and a Summer car. ;)

I canned more food from the garden this year than EVER before - and that’s counting the years I had three adults and three teen boys to feed! (We are down to a household of two, now.)
Propane tank is as full as it can be (80% is the limit) and we have a new line to the house that Beau put in last year. We went into this year with a credit from last year; we keep the house cool; we both run ‘hot’ as it were.
I’ve been adding items to my weekly grocery run for months now, and I also ‘inherited’ my dads cases and cases and cases of ‘Prepper Foods’ that will last a very long time.
We have potable water on our land, and a 300’ well with a backup pump.
Bullets, Beans and Gasoline. ;)

As I’ve mentioned a few times before, I believe worldwide economic disaster will bring on the Antichrist. Bringing down the USA seems to be necessary to allow the Global political beast of Daniel 7:23.

what about Papa Murphys?...we used to be able to get a family size pizza, with a military discount for about $10-12dollars...now, its over $17....

I agree. Things are just getting worse. As if I need to point that out. But yes, if we just took our hit in 2008, the debt destruction would have caused a short, sharp, and painful depression that we would have gotten over and put behind us quickly, and gotten back to business with appropriate risk management.
We are past the tipping point where all the government does is blow successively bigger bubbles to hide the problem. Complete financial collapse is the inevitable result. I just keep praying I am dead and buried before it comes.
I am constantly amazed at how long the US Government can stave off the financial collapse. I always underestimate their ability to do so. Having the worlds reserve currency helps immensely but still, they have been adept at holding back the inevitable tide, but the effect is create a veritable Tsunami. When it finally breaks, we are all going to drown.
It is their excuse to introduce the Digital Dollar.
They have been looking at doing this for months!
WE are going to see a Romanian style collapse. It won’t be sudden and jarring like Venezuela or others, but it will be felt like a soft-coup. It will come in waves and has already started, just no one is reading the signposts correctly yet, but the lights for it are shining brightly.

In the USA, they would love to destroy the dollar and then pretend to “save” us by setting up a totally marxist government. They are not far from it.

Yet almost a year ago I proposed exiting from Wash DC and the monetary mess that was beginning to be felt by all who buy anythin.
I think we must have 5 unions. We must withdraw and live as we know will be successful. It means leaving the cities alone and letting them decide who lives and dies and that does not include us.
