I don’t know but I don’t think inflation impacts food stamps at the grocery store so they don’t give a rip about food inflation. AREn’t their cards for food and not dollars?

I don’t know. I’ve never had one. I’ve paid for virtually everything I have ever gotten by having worked for it.

No, SNAP and TANF are basically a debit card paid for by the federal govt and “topped up” each month.
Amounts were increased by 25% this year by the Biden admin.

The current SNAP amount for a family of 4 is $646 which isn’t bad considering the kids get free grub for breakfast and lunch at school.
