Even if Brooks had just stabbed someone, that does NOT mean he didn’t intentionally drive into the parade to kill people. It is clear from video that he was intentionally driving through and running over people, and Brooks’ documented black supremacist history cannot be discounted. “He just stabbed someone” does NOT mean it wasn’t an intentional act of terrorism.
