Tell me - exactly - what law enforcement agency was pursuing him? Tell me - eaxctly - what law enforcement agency was, at all, responding to the domestic disturbance?
If he was fleeing, why did it take law enforcement so long to determine this? If there was any LE aware or respinding to this guy, this would have been known in minutes following the event, not multiple hours later.

You can’t go to a school board meeting without winding up on an FBI watch list, but Darrell Brooks can get a $1,000 bond for domestic violence then run over a Christmas parade of families.
About as believable as he was rushing to get to the new James Bond movie and, unfortunately, some pedestrians got in the way. This was flat out murder, based on race and politics, by a piece of filth that left a long line of actions and writing touting violence, race hate, the vicious lies of the 1619 Project and CRT, and the stinking crap spewed by the “media” including Joe Scarborough who has his own odd background when it comes to “mysterious” deaths. Remember - the Waukesha police force kneeled to show their obeisance to BLM; now they’re lying through their teeth in support of it.
He was fleeing and decided to flee in a terroristic way. Both things can happen at once. Just listen to his song lyrics and you will see his “if I’m going down and out I’m going to do it in a flaming way and take a bunch of people with me” state of mind.
