Trump is always 50 steps ahead and had his taxes done properly precisely for this moment.
He is arguably the greatest strategist in America history. That includes both politics and business.
Shouldn’t the Judge throw HIS tax returns into the mix?
What authority does a black-robed tyrant have to do that?
And yet somehow the Clinton foundation and Obama’s tax records remain perfectly sealed and untouched (along with Obama’s school records)

There should be some sort of evidence that proves they will
likely find criminal activity, if allowed to have access.
They don’t have that. They are making a blanket claim they
should be able to look at all his records in a fishing
expedition.
I don’t recall this ever being the reason for access to tax
records before. There was always a tip-of or something that
made it a valid request.

like Charles Manson, the Night Stalker, Al Capone...
A judge can’t grasp this? It isn’t patently obvious?
Trump had an army of tax accountants that most likely have more knowledge of the federal tax code than the IRS does.
I suspect they will find nothing, except that he utilizes all the loop holes that politicians placed into the code to benefit their rich donors.
The important point is this; The judges have opened the door, if a president can have their tax records made public then so can the incumbent, and so can EVERY member of Congress…. This should be eye opening.
This is intentional omission reporting. Trump CANNOT prevent his taxes from going to Congress because taxpayers don’t send their taxes to Congress. They send TAX RECORDS, not taxes.
CBS Snooze is intentionally lying so you’ll think Trump refuses to pay his taxes.
Somebody needs to audit Pelosi’s tax records. She’s gone from a net worth of $2m to + $200m while in Congress. That’s an increase of more than $6m a year.
Oh, I’m sure they were all legit. IRS doesn’t play bias.
As long as the probability it was a valid inquiry was greater than zero, the judge had to defer, on its face.
Trump know he has enemies, the tax return I bet is 100% legit. Must remember not even IRS agents can determine how much taxes a person owes, tax law is made to be confusing.
