The math angle to this is correct, and it’s a joke.
I’ll wager that California, NY and Texas likely gets half of the 1,000 doctors/nurses. In Alabama, it’s probably one doctor and four nurses....who all end up in some clinic in downtown Birmingham.

They can’t tell Sleepy Joe the truth about anything anymore, because he might inadvertently regurgitate it in his confusion.
But yet he is the one all the power is vested in. It must be a constant challenge for them.
They identify 1,000 currently serving doctors and nurses, who are also in the Military Reserves.
They call them to Active Duty, shuffle them around, and pretend that they are an addition to the total.
