2) I believe in science.
***”Belief” in science is scientism, the new worldwide religion.
Until there is a way to mine, manufacture and charge EV’s, they will use MORE carbon based fuel than they replace. I am sitting here thinking of how to use solar panels to make thousands of miles of copper wiring for electric motors. Maybe those bird cuisinarts will do that, but then they need millions of miles of copper wiring to produce electricity too. To say nothing of the KWh needed to produce the concrete to hold the turbines upright, and the juice to make the blades, and the trucks and equipment to move the things into place.
Do people not know that people who push EV in every garage with a personal charger, are counting on the batteries in it to fuel the grid? I know it sounds insane, but it is true. They will discharge your batteries AT WILL when needed. That means they will have times when you cannot use your own vehicle, not because the batteries are dead, but that they need the juice to heat old folks homes, or keep the Governors mansion properly air conditioned.
I used this exact wording on some fool on linkedin and was called a climate denier. never did answer me either
Funny how they NEVER address those. Sort of like MTG getting kicked off twitter for using govt data to state her case about CONvid.
yep, its always the same.. they kust know so much more then the rest of us
Nobody reads liberal letters to the editor in California except Freepers.
You could post a letter to the editor about gerbils causing toilet clogs, and Freepers would comment on it.
